LINCOLN, NEB. — Duncan Aviation is pleased to welcome Nick Norton to the Airframe Service Sales team at the company’s MRO location in Battle Creek, Michigan. In this position, Norton will assist customers in planning and scheduling airframe maintenance events, provide detailed technical quotes, and answer service and capability questions.
In the 14 years Norton has worked at Duncan Aviation, he has held many positions that have prepared him to hit the ground running and be able to support operators with their airframe service needs. Most recently, he served as the Price Item Administrator working to ensure the accuracy of quoted hours/pricing for the many maintenance inspections and Service Bulletins. He also spent time on the Market Research team researching aircraft maintenance intervals, loading the sales pipeline, and updating customer and aircraft information in Duncan Aviation’s customer database.
“Everyone at Duncan Aviation takes such pride in their work and brings their best everyday,” said Norton. “I am excited for this opportunity to share that quality and work-ethic with our customers to ensure every project is a successful one.”
“Nick has worked very hard for several years providing excellent support to the service sales teams setting them up for success,” say Alan Monk, Airframe Service Sales Manager. “He now brings that same hard work and support to his customers to experience successful maintenance events at Duncan Aviation. He is a great addition to the team.”
